An advertising agency in Singapore has focused on appealing to millennials as this cohort continues to grow their ranks in the workforce. So reports Human Resources.
"We've seen a trend over the last few years in terms of huge level of interest that employees have in health and wellness," says Rossana Quagliana, human resources head for Grey Group Singapore. "As such, we introduced more health-centered programmes," Quagliana say, noting its health and safety talks, its 'Grey for Run' every Wednesdays, and its 'Grey Active,' yoga and Zumba classes every Tuesdays and Thursdays.
HR launched the programmes, which are managed by the Grey Cray team, a group of employees spanning different departments, nationalities and backgrounds. "Grey Cray is a great way to engage and involve our employees in planning activities that drive our culture, enabling them to have a role in the building of the company's culture and also to share their different cultures and practices with the rest of the company."
