Boosting Employees’ Mental Well-Being in New Year  

While employers have worked to address the mental well-being and health of their employees over the last two years, 2022 offers an opportunity for them to step up those efforts. So reports Employee Benefit News.

UnmindUnmind, a workplace mental health platform, issued a recent report pointing out mental wellness trends in the workplace. In a survey of employees, Unmind found that 93% cite training as crucial for top leadership, while 62% of employers say they plan to provide their managers with mental health training.

Other trends include an increase in proactive care, designation of well-being proponents and more attention to both digital and in-person care.
