Key Denominator For Happiest Companies is Worker Camaraderie

workdayThe company on top, Workday, a California-based human resources technology firm, scored a 91 on a 100-point scale for 2023, according to a ranking by Comparably, a platform that measures workplace culture and corporate brand reputation. The rankings were determined from employee reviews from August 2022 to August 2023.
