Key Denominator For Happiest Companies is Worker Camaraderie

workdayThe company on top, Workday, a California-based human resources technology firm, scored a 91 on a 100-point scale for 2023, according to a ranking by Comparably, a platform that measures workplace culture and corporate brand reputation. One Workday employee said that “the most positive part of the company culture is the support, encouragement and genuine happiness for colleagues as we grow and develop and/or achieve wins.”

The rankings were determined from employee reviews from August 2022 to August 2023.
