The online job search firm’s $10,000 benefit is for U.S. employees and their immediate family members and is also available in locations that deny support for children who are non-conforming, transgender or non-binary.

Gaither added that “we also believe that everyone has the right to make the healthcare decisions that they feel are right for themselves and their families.”
