The managers “shamelessly created a sexual harassment playground fueled by drugs and alcohol and swarming with hand-picked young women rewarded for dressing and behaving provocatively--all in order to indulge their misogyny and vulgar sexual perversions,” said Matthew A. Luber, an attorney representing the former workers of American Funding Group.
Those workers include the former human resources director, Nicole Orlando, and two other former women employees. The suit also alleges the firm of predatory lending practices. The suit names Mark Mancino, chief financial officer, as one of the main proponents of the sexual harassment.
