When the Interviewer Lacks Etiquette

Inappropriate behavior could doom an interviewee’s chance of landing a job, but sometimes the one being rude is on the other side of the desk. So reports Human Resources Online

Negative experiences shared by some job candidates include one being asked if he was good at scolding and another who was told to step outside in the middle of an interview when the interviewer received a call on his cell phone. After 10 minutes, the interviewee was asked to come back in.

One candidate recounted how he met with four interviewers, but three of them did not utter a word the entire time. And another candidate was handed an application and clipboard and told to fill out the form while standing.
