Citigroup has wooed Goldman Sachs Group’s former diversity head to lead its own efforts. So reports Bloomberg.

Citigroup is targeting filling worldwide roles spanning from assistant vice president to managing director with a minimum of 40% women and increasing its number of Black employees in the U.S. to 8% by the end of the year.
