Nearly half of the Top 100 biggest companies, according to HRE, feature a female head of the HR department. That's up 58% from ten years ago. First presented in 2005, the list has many new names on it, with only two names still there from a decade ago. However, both women; Mirian Graddick-Weir and Kathleen S. (Katy) Barclay, are with different companies.
HRE asked each of the 15 woman three questions: "What has been your greatest HR accomplishment? What has been your greatest HR challenge or obstacle? And what are your future goals?"
