HR Departments Heading Down the Paperless Trail

A survey from document management solutions provider Archive Systems Inc. shows that 77% of human resources departments are "successfully" going paperless. So reports Storage & Destruction Business Magazine.

More than three-fourths of the HR professionals surveyed say they had half or more of their files digitally stored. The results were gathered during the 2015 Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Annual Conference.

There are several benefits related to digitizing, including saving time and instilling confidence in one's ability to more easily produce all necessary materials for compliance and audits.
