Coca-Cola Revises Exec Pay After Criticism

Bowing to pressure from its shareholders – including Warren Buffett, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway (Coke's largest shareholder) and a frequent critic of out-sized executive pay packages – the world's leading beverage maker announced that its long-term incentive compensation program would be awarded to a smaller group of executives than was proposed in April.
