A former New Jersey bank employee has sued her former boss and bank employer alleging the manager subjected her to “pervasive” racial discrimination. So reports NJ.com.

Milah Blunt alleged that Republic Bank, including its human resources department, failed to address her complaints against branch manager, Michael Mikstas, for using racist language and for discrimination. The bank and Mikstas choose not to comment, but Mikstas noted that Blunt has “issues.”
