UK HR Directors Spend 28 Days Recruiting for Open Spots

Human resource directors in the UK are clocking an average of 28 days recruiting for each open position. So reports Robert Half UK. 

The nearly month-long search process places HR directors at risk of losing out on solid candidates. Just under half of HR directors said the internal recruitment time process has gone up in the last three years. About 60% of these directors said the main culprit for the longer search is the challenge in finding qualified candidates.
