Facebook employees report high job satisfaction at 96% clip.  So reports Seeking Alpha.  

In fact, Facebook employees are generally happy at work, its top executives have remained largely the same from the company’s inception and it recently poached Regina Dugan from Google. So, why is it successful at attracting and retaining talent?

The company is able to thrive and attract and retain talent by engaging in five vital strategies:

  • The hands-on recruiting of CEO Mark Zuckerberg
  • A focus on connecting people and not just making money
  • Respect for employees by offering thoughtful and generous benefits like maternity and paternity leave
  • Flexibility
  • High salaries

These elements have been key contributors to its success.
