As part of PepsiCo’s “Work that Works” plan, the company's offices won’t be the main place where employees work and employees and managers globally will decide what days they need to be in the office and when they can work remotely.
“There are no limitations,” says Sergio Ezama, PepsiCo's chief talent officer and chief human resources officer, Global Functions and Groups. “There is no number of days you need to be in the office or a number of days you can be remote.”
