More than two-thirds of the global labor force wants their bosses to allow for workplace flexibility post-COVID-19. So reports World Economic Forum, in a new survey.

Women, parents of children in school, those under 35 and people with more education and higher incomes advocated the most for greater flexibility. “Before the pandemic fewer than a quarter (24%) worked mostly from home globally,” the World Economic Forum notes in its release. “Today that’s risen to almost two fifths (39%) with a further 22% working outside their homes but not in an office. Three quarters (76%) now working from home say it's a consequence of COVID-19.”
