More Employers Willing To Slap Unvaccinated Workers With Fines  

More employers are considering taking a hardline approach with workers who refuse to get vaccinated against COVID-19. So reports MarketWatch, citing a new survey from Willis Towers Watson.

Covid world 5352923 640Of the 961 companies surveyed by Willis Towers Watson, 17% say they would possibly follow the approach by Delta Air Lines, which recently announced it would slap unvaccinated workers with a $200 monthly surcharge.

“We have reached a point in the pandemic where employers that have worked hard to make it easy for employees to get vaccinated are also considering approaches to make it more difficult for employees to remain unvaccinated,” said Jeff Levin-Scherz, population health leader at Willis Towers Watson.
