Trader Joe’s Employee Alleges Racial Discrimination In Suit

A Philadelphia Trader Joe’s employee has filed a lawsuit against the California-based supermarket chain alleging racial discrimination from fellow workers and management and a lack of action by human resources after he complained. So reports Philadelphia Magazine.

TraderjoesJames Jarmon, 40, began working at Trader Joe’s in 2017 and notes in his lawsuit that he experienced problems at two different stores.
