The bank also requires unvaccinated workers to take a COVID-19 test twice weekly as well as requiring that they foot a greater portion toward medical insurance for the testing costs. Like its competitors, Bank of America and Wells Fargo & Co., JPMorgan has encouraged it employees to get the shot rather than require they do so.
The company also requires employees show proof of vaccination if they engage in face-to-face interactions with clients.
