JPMorgan CEO Shoots Down Remote Work for Young Workers

JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon took another swipe at remote working, but did make an exception for women. So reports Bloomberg.

JPMorgan“It doesn’t work for young kids or spontaneity or management,” Dimon noted in an interview with CNBC at the World Economic Forum in Davos last month. But Dimon did acknowledge that “there are jobs where it is reasonable,” specifically referencing research and coding as tasks that can be accomplished remotely. He also said remote work can “help women,” as they disproportionately handle caregiving responsibilities.

“Modify your company to help women stay home a little,” he said.
