More remote employees (33%) said their employers have conducted layoffs over the past six months compared with a quarter of hybrid staff and just 13% of employees working onsite full-time. Meanwhile, 35% of full-time remote employees said their productivity is higher than six months ago versus 20% of staff working on-site full-time and 22% of hybrid workers.
