The construction industry boasts of being the happiest, even with its score on the BambooHR Employee Happiness Index falling slightly from Q2 to Q3, while travel and hospitality was the only industry to see its score rise quarter on quarter. Smaller companies also beat their larger counterparts for the happiest workers.
