The campaign comes with its own webpage to help HR leaders with resources, including a “Resignation Recovery Playbook,” which offers guidance and tips on how to keep employees content, healthy and engaged in the workplace.
“HR leaders are taking steps to combat the Great Resignation, working every day to create an environment that enables individual dreams and aspirations to take root, flourish and become a reality,” said Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., SHRM president and CEO. “Through our campaign and resources, we hope to support employees everywhere to be empowered to be the best they can be and, in turn, be better equipped to inspire others.”
